Why Kenyan fleets are switching now
Three things have changed at once. Fuel has become the largest controllable line item in most Kenyan logistics operations. Kenya's electricity grid is predominantly renewable, which makes the emissions case genuinely strong rather than cosmetic. And electric two-wheelers have matured to the point where range, payload and durability meet real commercial duty cycles.

Scale and report
